TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. About us
Indogstructible is a New Zealand business selling modular dog beds designed for durability, shipping to New Zealand and Australia.

2. Pre-orders
Our beds are currently sold by pre-order ahead of our first production run. Placing a pre-order reserves a bed from a limited batch, and payment is taken at the time of order. Dispatch dates are estimates and may change; if a date moves materially we'll let you know and you may cancel for a full refund (see our Refund Policy). Batch quantities are limited and orders are accepted on a first-come basis until sold out.

3. Product description and durability
"Indogstructible" is our brand name and a description of our design goal — it is not a guarantee that any bed is literally indestructible or chew-proof in all circumstances. Our beds are built to be far more durable than conventional dog beds and use a modular design so worn or damaged covers and interiors can be replaced individually. Durability varies with each dog and how the bed is used. Product images, specifications, and materials are provided in good faith and may be refined as our first production run is finalised.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping
We ship to New Zealand and Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or (for Australian customers) the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Indogstructible name, logo, text, images, and video — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
