Which size fits my dog?
Small: 10–25kg (puppy teething). Medium: 25–45kg (young power chewers — our most popular). Large: 45–70kg (adult large breeds). If your dog sits between sizes, size up.
Durability
Is it really indestructible?
No bed is. Here's what's true: our prototype has been through months of relentless daily testing by Coco, our 40kg Rottweiler who destroyed 4 conventional beds in her first year. The design assumes damage will eventually happen — that's why every component is replaceable.
What happens when the cover gets damaged?
Order a replacement exterior cover (~$50 NZD). Swap it. The bed underneath survives. Interiors (~$40) typically last 18–24 months.

When do pre-orders open?
Waitlist early access: August 16, 9am NZST (48 hours ahead). Public: August 23.
When will my bed ship?
First batch is targeted for mid-September dispatch. We'll confirm your ship date by email when you pre-order, and keep you updated if anything moves.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes. NZ and AU shipping at checkout.
Care
Is it machine washable?
Yes — both cover and interior components are designed for repeated machine washing. Full care instructions ship with every bed.
