What it's made of
Exterior: 1200D-class ballistic ripstop nylon — the fabric family used in military packs and motorcycle gear. Reinforced stitching at every stress point. Heavy-duty zippers, positioned away from chew zones.
Interior: high-density memory foam, orthopedic-grade, in an independent replaceable core.
How it's tested
Every design decision comes from months of relentless live testing with Coco, our Rottweiler — a certified power chewer with four destroyed conventional beds on her record. Production units undergo tensile strength, tear resistance, and wash durability testing before they ship. We publish test results here as they're completed.
The modular principle
We don't promise the fabric will never mark. We promise the bed survives. Damage a cover — replace the cover. Padding compresses — replace the core. One bed, 5–7 years, instead of a new bed every 18 months.
